In 2013, Vincent and Maryline Vallee needed to relocate their young restaurant. Their landlord was forcing them out of their space. Vincent tried for months (sometimes working with us, sometimes on his own) to find a new location… Their visas were set to expire if he didn’t have a new spot for his business. ACRE was able to find them a possible spot, but the property was undergoing a change of ownership, so the deal could not be completed before their visas expired. They had to return to France. ACRE stayed on their side and worked with them while they were back in France and secured a new location in Baldwin Park. Today, they are back in America and prospering in their new location.
