GeoData Consultants, Inc. and its owner Paul de Vivero had been a tenant in one of Bob’s buildings for 20 years. Paul and his wife Molly had moved to Edgewater, Florida to enjoy life on the Indian River. Paul’s surveying firm was working on the planning for the I-4 Project and he knew he didn’t want to have to drive from his home in Edgewater to his office in Maitland during this 6 year I-4 rebuilding project.
Paul and Molly also knew it was time to stop paying rent and to start building equity in a property as both an office for his firm and as an investment. Paul is no longer a tenant, but he is a loyal client of ACRE and is now a proud owner of his own building where his business continues to thrive and expand.
