I want to take a minute and thank everyone at Atkins Commercial Real Estate for the support they gave me with moving GR Bridges Jewelry from Park Avenue in Winter Park, Fl. to my new location at 2700 Westhall Lane in Maitland Florida.
Bob Atkins patiently worked with me while I looked at properties all over the Orlando metro area. After a couple of months, Bob advised that an office space just became available in the same building where he has his office. It was in the area that I initially desired, but couldn’t find the right space. This space is on the first floor and on the front side of the building. It is the perfect location for my customers.
We modified the size of the space to fit all the jewelry cases, a wall of cabinets, counters, repainted, and laid new carpet. The most fun was moving the safe into the office without damaging the walls and floors.
Everything was handled with a “Can Do” attitude, done on time, and with quality workmanship. It is very nice to find a company that is honest and works hard for their money. It was a great experience from start to finish.
